PROJECT BLOOM

Project Bloom 2012 begins February 7 at 9:30a.m. and goes through May 31. Volunteers with green thumbs meet at the Brookwood Hall greenhouse to raise beautiful plants for KIC workers to plant in our community.

Work sessions are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30a.m. to 11:00a.m.If you would like to join call Marge O'Connor at 586-7443 or 224-5414.

TRAVELING HISPANIC DANCE THEATER

Town of Islip Recreation Center Program

Learn various Hispanic dances. Open to boys and girls ages 7-12: 13-16 year olds must audition for a spot. Call 589-3412 for more information.

LUNCHTIME OPEN GYM

Brentwood Recreation Center free lunchtime open gym enables participants to exercise on their lunch break. Enjoy a clean, warm and safe environment while getting a workout. You must have a current Town of Islip recreation card. Please call prior to using the gym.
