Veteran's Stand Down Friday, April 29, 2011 at Suffolk Community College's Brentwood Campus from 10 a.m. to 2p.m. Over 150 volunteers will help guide veterans to programs and services associated with housing, employment, food, finances, and clothing.
Afterwards from 3:00-5:00 p.m.at the Brentwood Public Library
The American Red Cross and Suffolk County Youth Advisory Team is
preparing “Kid Kits” for children whose families have been displaced due to
an emergency. Come to the library and help us put these kits together. You
will be helping children while earning community service credit.

Boy Scout Troop 25 Pancake Breakfast
The Concerned Parents of Boy Scout Troop 25 will be hosting a Pancake
Breakfast at the Brentwood Legion Ambulance located at 29 Third Avenue
in Brentwood tomorrow morning Saturday,
April 2, 2011 from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
Tickets cost $5 for adults and children 11 and up, $3 for Senior
Citizens and children 10 and under.
There will be raffles available and you need not be present to win.
So come out early and support the Boy Scouts of America Troop 25.
