The Town of Islip is hosting the 2013 Spring S.T.O.P. Program on May 4th. S.T.O.P stands for Stop Throwing Out Pollutants. This is an event where residents can bring products such as aerosol cans, E-waste, batteries, propane tanks, and chemicals to be disposed of. Residents must bring their S.T.O.P. day flyer.The event is from 9 am - 2 pm. at the Multi Purpose Recycling Facility, 1155 Lincoln Ave., Holbrook.
