Islip Town Planning Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 25th, 2013 at 7:30PM. The hearings will take place at Islip Town Hall located at 655 Main Street in Islip. Suffolk County Legislator Rick Montano wanted you to be aware of several important public hearings scheduled at Islip Town Hall that will directly impact the Brentwood and surrounding communities.
Item #4. Saratoga Associates Comprehensive Plan Update to establish the Downtown Brentwood Development District, specifically focusing on the downtown area, and the Fifth Avenue corridor.
Item #5. Real Estate Developer Engel Burman Group's application seeking change of zoning from Residence AAA District to the proposed Downtown Brentwood Development District (DDD), in order to construct 234 garden apartments, and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space on the Knolls Farms site.
