Community leaders, elected officials, local organizations, houses of worship,
representatives from the Suffolk County Police Department, and parents will be
reaching out to the youth to hear what we as a community can do to stop the violence
NOW! Guest speaker Sergio Argueta, Founder of S.T.R.O.N.G Youth Inc., will provide
insight on gang violence and the dangers of becoming involved in the streets.
Counselors will be available to speak with students and parents, and all are
encouraged to attend.
Together we stand as ONE, divided we fall as a COMMUNITY. Join us in declaring "not
here, not now, not ever again" to gang violence.
