The history of the Manor begins in 1962 and spans more than three centuries.The British Army occupied the Manor for a brief time during the Revolutionary War. President George Washington stayed here during his tour of Long Island in 1790. Step back in time and take a tour of the Manor House led by docents in period costume. Visit the carriage house, buttery, walled garden, and family cemetery.
